Cancellation policy

Pre-orders allow you to reserve items that are out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available. We collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout. Payment will be required once the item(s) have become restocked and the item(s) are ready to ship. You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been shipped or fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible but you may request a full or partial refund according to the store’s returns policy.
