In oxidation, this body is warm tan with manganese specks that will show through most glazes. As with all speckled bodies, satin/matte glazes may pinhole. In cone 6 reduction, body is brown with specks and in cone 10 reduction those specks protrude from the clay body where there is no glaze. Leach testing has not been done at cone 10 so not recommended for dinnerware at that temperature. Bisque slowly to cone 04. Firing to cone 5 will give small specks, while firing to cone 6 will give larger specks.
